I’m a cybersecurity professional based in Dublin, Ireland. I lead Security Architecture and Engineering at Hertz, reporting to the CISO, where my team covers security architecture governance, application security, DevSecOps, AI security, and penetration testing programme leadership across global engineering teams and products.

I started my career as a penetration tester, working across web, API, mobile, network, and Active Directory security for enterprise clients in financial services, technology, and professional services. That offensive background shapes how I approach security architecture today — I think about what an attacker would do before deciding what a defender should build.

I hold OSCP, CRTE, CRTP, Tiger Scheme SST, and a handful of other certifications, and I still spend time on Hack The Box when I can. Away from security, I cook, take photos, and write here when something is worth writing about.
